Special pricing for start-ups and small companies
ILOG now offers a new ILOG Elixir pricing scheme for small corporations.
If your company has fewer than 15 employees and generates revenue less than 1.5 million annually, ILOG Elixir yearly OEM fees do not apply to you. You only have to sign the OEM agreement that defines rights and duties, and purchase ILOG Elixir development seats.
The development seats give you the right to develop and market as many applications to as many customers as you want, whatever the volume.
More information is available on our pricing and licensing and on the FAQ pages.

Erwan,
Thanks for the change! I’m sure this will have a positive effect on your turnover.
Best regards,

Thx Andre & Tom.
As a reminder, EULA (so only purchase development seats) is fine for internal projects and custom consulting work (for anyone). OEM only applies when you sell what you develop as a standard offer “to the world” for license or service use fees (not for development or maintenance fees for consulting jobs).
Thx to let me know if our FAQ needs further clarification.

Still _way_ too expensive.

Erwan there is indeed one issue with what you have posted here compared to your FAQ. You posted that you have to have less than 15 employees AND that the annual revenue should be less than 1.5M. In the faq it says OR. Just to be clear: I vote for OR

I just checked with colleagues: we remove the employees condition and just keep the yearly revenue one (for it to be simpler).
I’ll edit my blog post & we will update the web pages soon
