I’ve just noticed that Dusty Jewett posted on his blog a first draft of an article describing how to integrate BlazeDS (Adobe open-source data services layer) and Flex for Java newbies. Even if marked as draft, I found the article already pretty good. And guess what, it’s using an ILOG Elixir component (the Gantt Chart) to demonstrate the power of Flex and BlazeDS working together! Just changing a few lines of code in the Human Resources Demo (original version) Dusty was able to connect its data to a J2EE backend instead of using local dummy data. Nice work!
