		<description>Good to see you're using Babel internally.  It would be great if you could update the Wiki page with the minimum requirements you've observed!

Also, I do have an import routine for importing existing translations.  I haven't cleaned it up yet to check it into CVS.  Soon, soon.

Your SVN support sounds great.  If you could submit a patch back to us, we'll definitely work it in to the stream ASAP.  Have a look at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=217196
